What do our gradings mean?
Refurbished – the device will be in brand new condition and the device will not have any marks or scuffs to the screen or housing. The battery health of the device will be a minimum of 80%
Good – The device will show minor marks or scuffs to the screen and housing. The battery health of the device will be a minimum of 80%.
Average – The device will show noticeable marks and scuffs to the housing and screen. The battery health of the device will be a minimum of 80%.

Once delivered we have a 14 day cooling off period where you can return at your cost. The product must be in the same condition as when it was posted or the return will be rejected.
