What do our gradings mean?

Refurbished – the device will be in brand new condition and the device will not have any marks or scuffs to the screen or housing. The battery health of the device will be a minimum of 80%

Good – The device will show minor marks or scuffs to the screen and housing. The battery health of the device will be a minimum of 80%.

Average – The device will show noticeable marks and scuffs to the housing and screen. The battery health of the device will be a minimum of 80%.

I need to return an item, how do I do this?
If you wish to return your device, you have a 14 day cooling off period when purchasing through our website. This excludes face to face retail purchases.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major debit and credit cards. All information regarding this can be found at our checkout.

How quickly will I receive my device?
If you order your device before 3pm then you will receive your device the next working day. Excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
How do repairs work?
Fill in the form on our repair page and we will get back to you with a quote for the fault you’ve described.
How do I claim under the warranty?
If there is an issue with either a repair or your purchased device then please contact us via email, Facebook or telephone so we can advise you of the next steps.
What happens if I’ve changed my mind?
If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched then we will cancel your order.

Once delivered we have a 14 day cooling off period where you can return at your cost. The product must be in the same condition as when it was posted or the return will be rejected.
