What do our gradings mean?
Refurbished – The device will be in brand new condition and the device will not have any marks or scuffs to the screen or housing. The battery health of the device will be a minimum of 82% (iPhones only).
Very Good – Device will have light signs of use to sides and/or back but screen will be scratch free. There will be no cracks. The battery health of the device will be a minimum of 82% (iPhones only).
Good – The device will have light to moderate signs of use to back, sides and or screen. There will be no cracks. The battery health of the device will be a minimum of 82% (iPhones only).
Average – The device will have noticeable signs of use to back, sides and/or screen. There will be no cracks. The battery health of the device will be a minimum of 82%.

Once delivered we have a 14 day cooling off period where you can return at your cost. The product must be in the same condition as when it was posted or the return will be rejected.
