Returns

  • You can return your device to us if you have changed your mind, within the 14 day cooling off period which starts from the delivery date of your device.
  • Your device must be in the same condition as it was sent in, with no damage/missing parts.
  • Any accessories received with the device must also be returned with the device.
  • If the device comes back to us in a different state to how it was sent, we may deduct a repair fee from your refund to put the device back to its original state.
  • We keep a record of all IMEI and serial numbers to ensure the same phone is returned to us. We will not accept returns for any phones not purchased from QRMobiles.com.
  • All returns must be sent to: PO BOX 10792, Mansfield, NG18 9LE. The return postage must be covered by yourself. We cannot accept any liability for items missing or damaged in transit.
  • Please note, for returns due to change of mind where Klarna or Laybuy are the payment methods, there will be a 6% return fee to pay which will be deducted from your total refund. For returns due to change of mind where Dividebuy is the payment method, there will be a 7% return fee. This will still need paying to the payment provider on the date of what would be your first payment with them. This does not apply to faulty devices although the fault must be present when the device has been received by us.
  • Please also note, we will refund the cost of your device however, postage charges will not be refunded, unless the returned device is faulty.
  • To arrange a return, please submit your request in writing to info@qrmobiles.com stating reason for return and your order number. We will then reply within 24 hours to confirm receipt of your request.
  • All return requests must be received by the 14th calendar day of your cooling off period.
